The first one is free and always will be. The second is the only one you pay for, per item and only after that item has an outcome. The third is included, because charging for the part where somebody explains a bad result would be charging for the worst day.

The same shape for everybody, because the order matters. Nothing is sent before your cancellation window has closed, and nothing is billed before an item has an outcome.
