Compliance review
A written review of your procedures against the controls the platform enforces, run with your counsel in the room.
Duration: 3 weeks. Priced from scope, invoiced on delivery of each named output.
Sequence
- week 1Document collection. Current procedures, templates, disclosure delivery evidence and a sample of closed cases.
- week 1 to 2Control by control mapping against CROA 1679b through 1679e, and against the FCRA 611 clocks your cases run on.
- week 2Clock practice review. What your records prove started a window, what extends it, and whether the extension named a rule.
- week 3Findings session with your counsel. Each finding tied to a rule reference and a piece of evidence, or the absence of one.
- day 90Re review against the findings you chose to address.
What this is not
Scope is easier to hold when the exclusions are written down at the start rather than argued about in week four.
- A legal opinion. We map practice to text and show you the gaps; the opinion is your counsel to give.
- A certification. Nobody certifies CROA compliance and anyone offering to should be treated with suspicion.
It ends with: A written findings document, each finding carrying a rule reference and the evidence it rests on, plus a re review ninety days later.
Other engagements:Tenant implementation, Bureau correspondence operations.
